A local car wash chain wanted to increase customer participation in their limited-time promotions, including discounts, giveaways, and fun contests. To make their campaigns stand out, they combined unique incentives like local concert tickets and creative contests such as "Carwash Karaoke," where customers submitted videos of themselves singing in the car for a chance to win.

  • Behavioral Targeting: Using categories like Truck Owners, SUV Owners, and Car Wash Enthusiasts, we pinpointed the ideal audience based on their behaviors and interests. We also reached Family Planners and those interested in Sweepstakes and Freebies to encourage participation in contests.
  • Custom Audience Matching: To foster repeat business, we used Custom Audience Matching to connect with current customers, encouraging them to return for more car washes and engage in the new promotions.
  • Incentivized Calls-to-Action: The creative elements of the campaign focused on clear, actionable CTAs, such as “Enter to Win!” paired with QR codes. These codes provided easy access to enter contests and claim promotions, driving participation.

Results: A Top-Performing Campaign with Impressive Engagement

The results of the campaign exceeded expectations, making it one of our top-performing Social Mirror OTT campaigns of the year:

  • 522 Scans: The campaign saw 522 scans, with a .20% scan rate, an impressive 66x higher than the benchmarkfor this type of campaign.
  • 97% Video Completion Rate: The video ads had a 97% completion rate, with viewers watching the ads all the way through—an outstanding achievement that shows just how engaging and effective the messaging was.
