Within three months and with just 180,000 impressions, the campaign succeeded in filling the client’s qualified talent pipeline with over 200 new applicants and 23 new hires. The campaign was so successful that it led to a periodic 3-month campaign running to replenish the talent pool, serving over 720,000 impressions to potential candidates.Here’s a breakdown of the impressive results:

  • 3,884 people took action by engaging with the ads, scheduling interviews, or learning more about the role.
  • The campaign achieved an average Click-Through Rate (CTR) of 7.33%, which is over 104 times higher than the national average CTR for recruitment campaigns.
  • Thanks to the integration of trackable landing pages, contact forms, and view-through visits, the campaign also maximized its reach and provided clear, measurable ROI from both traditional and digital efforts.

By targeting the right audience with the right message, this integrated digital marketing campaign not only filled the talent pipeline but also helped the police department to rebuild trust and highlight the positive impact of their work.
