Job Title: Training Resource Manager

Location: Remote- United States
Position: Full-Time
Reports to: Lead Trainer & Account Director

Summary of Role

The Training Resource Manager is responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing training materials and webinar content that support Vici’s agency and media partners and internal trainers & account directors. This role ensures all training resources are aligned with current product offerings, brand guidelines, and partner needs. The Training Resource Manager also collaborates with Digital Designer, manages internal research and spec creation resources, co-op and supports ongoing content development for both internal and partner-facing education efforts.

Responsibilities

Training & Webinar Content Development:

  • Maintain and create webinar content to support ongoing partner education.
  • Collaborate with Digital Designer, to ensure webinar slides are visually consistent with partner-facing collateral.
  • Maintain and update a library of 49 training webinars with new stats, graphics, quiz questions (via Slido), and relevant info.
  • Use research tools to inform and inspire webinar content.
  • Create slide-by-slide overview handouts and study guides (glossary + quiz) to accompany webinars; distribute in the Tuesday email reminder to partners.
  • Write supporting copy for webinar communications and create the monthly webinar flyer for partner distribution.
  • Update the Vici website with current webinar information.
  • Training evolves with time based on feedback from trainers and partners.

Collateral & Presentation Maintenance:

  • Maintain and update the agency and partner onboarding decks.
  • Create and update one-sheets, guides, partner cheat-sheets, partner sales pieces, and other training materials for internal and partner use.
  • Keep the 30 partner training decks up to date with trainer feedback and evolving content needs.
  • Manage and refresh the 17 client seminar decks as needed.

Project & Resource Management:

  • Manage the research and specs team, ensuring quality and timely delivery of spec ads and support tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Resources Manager on daily spec creation and fulfillment.
  • Create content in alignment with partner training needs and help ensure consistent messaging and branding across all materials.

Support & Coordination:

  • Assist with social media Leadsie connectors for Trainers.
  • Provide support for Reporting Zone (RZ) inquiries.
  • Write News Media Releases as needed.
  • Copywriting for PPC ads as needed.

Job Title: Digital Sales Director

Location: Remote
Reports to: VP of Partner Success

Summary of Role

Vici Media is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Digital Sales Director to target and grow partnerships with small to medium-sized advertising agencies. This is a “hunter” role, perfect for a sales professional who thrives on building new relationships and driving revenue from untapped markets. Leads will be provided, but you will also be responsible for generating your own prospects, developing a full sales funnel, and managing all aspects of the sales cycle from outreach to close.

In this role, you will use CRM tools like Salesforce, Seamless.AI, and other sales technology to prospect, manage leads, and track performance. You will play a critical role in expanding Vici Media’s footprint among agency partners, building tailored digital advertising strategies, and driving the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively pursue new business opportunities with small to medium-sized advertising agencies through a mix of provided leads and self-sourced prospects. Leverage tools such as Seamless.AI and Salesforce for lead generation and outreach.
  • Full Sales Funnel Management: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, pitch presentations, and deal closure. Build a robust sales pipeline and ensure smooth transitions from prospect to client.
  • Targeting SMB Advertising Agencies: Establish strong relationships with small to mid-sized advertising agencies by understanding their needs and presenting Vici Media’s digital advertising solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide digital advertising expertise and act as a consultant to agency clients, offering strategic guidance and customized solutions that meet their goals.
  • Sales Execution: Drive new business development, meeting or exceeding individual sales targets. Proactively seek opportunities to expand relationships and grow Vici Media’s presence in the market.
  • Utilizing Sales Tools & CRM: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in Salesforce. Use data to manage opportunities, forecast sales, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Training & Education: Equip agency partners with knowledge about Vici’s products and services through presentations, webinars, and in-person sessions. Offer support in developing digital campaigns and navigating industry trends.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to leadership on sales funnel metrics, including pipeline development and revenue generation.

Preferred Experience

  • Hunter mentality: 5+ years of experience in a “hunter” sales role, with a focus on prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business in digital marketing or advertising industries.
  • Agency Sales Experience: Prior experience working with small to medium-sized advertising agencies, understanding their unique challenges and needs.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Seamless.AI, and similar sales tools to optimize lead generation, sales tracking, and performance.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to tailor Vici Media’s digital advertising solutions to agency needs.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with an ability to develop new business opportunities in a competitive market.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Vici Media is looking to add part-time Digital Marketing Assistants to our growing digital marketing team! Vici has been awarded the “Top Places to Work in Philadelphia” honor, making it a great place for an internship. This position is perfect for students and recent graduates looking for an entry level digital marketing opportunity. We have had many past interns’ transition into full time roles on the team. This position will have flexible hours (maximum 20 hours per week) and we are happy to make accommodations for school schedules. This position allows you to work remotely from your home. You must have reliable internet services and a laptop or desktop which you can work from.
