Each Media Group is assigned a Vici Market Trainer who works as your point person.  You also have access to the operations team directly via email or phone call.  Getting help is easy without having to submit a support ticket.

We customize each client’s digital strategy and media planner to their needs and varying budgets.  Based on the client’s historical web traffic, the local search volume, and target demographic we create plans to suit both large and small ad budgets.

Once your onboarding is complete you have access to weekly webinars every Wednesday at 12n eastern on a variety of digital topics from prospecting to closing. Your assigned trainer is also available to you to answer questions outside of our scheduled webinars.

At Vici we not only fulfill digital campaigns, but we also handle campaign planning.  Our client support portal gives you access to our Request For Proposal (RFP) system, which you can use to submit requests 24-7.  Once we receive your request our team of digital specialists create a Media Planner specific to your client’s business and return it to you within 2 business days.

Within the first 30 days, a Vici Trainer travels to your market for a two-day training visit. The visit will include management training, salesperson raining, and assistance in setting up the digital infrastructure, as well as white labeled four-legged phone calls with your clients. Over the next five months your training will include two additional in-person training visits (2 days each visit), as well as weekly webinar trainings, a one-on-one 30 minute call with your Vici Trainer, and 24/7 phone consultation for coaching, advising on presentations, and troubleshooting.  Flexible training options are available at a lower price point.  Throughout your training you have access to weekly webinars every Wednesday at 12n eastern on a variety of digital topics from prospecting to closing.
