Account Director and Trainer

Summary of Role

We are looking for our next superstar Vici Trainer. In this position you are responsible for helping our partner ad agencies and media groups sell and service the digital ad products we offer. At Vici, our Trainers have a passion for super-serving our clients and providing outstanding customer service. We teach our clients how to teach (and sell) digital to THEIR clients. This position is a work-from-home-office with a lot of travel. Read on!

Responsibilities

  • In-market training visits with new media clients to teach them about our digital advertising products and how to sell it.  (This means there is a lot of travel with this job so if you hate airports and flying, this isn’t going to work.)
  • Webinar training with new advertising agency clients to teach them about our digital advertising products.
  • Working with your agency and media accounts to help them get new clients and make sales (you must love to teach AND sell in this position).
  • Providing best-in-class customer service, guidance, and coaching and ALWAYS being available to your clients.
  • Being a digital expert and staying on top of all new digital products we introduce (just when you think you’ve mastered everything, digital changes!)

Qualifications

  • You must have 5+ years in either advertising agency as an Account Manager or media sales experience in radio, TV, cable, print.
  • Digital experience would be ideal, but that part we can teach.
  • Masterful at using PowerPoint and overall computer literacy (seriously, it's digital so you know...).
  • Organization and attention to detail (we know, everybody says this but this is a job where it is absolutely mandatory or you will fail).
  • A wicked sense of humor, desire to have fun, work extremely hard, and make a difference.

Digital Sales Director

Summary of Role

Vici Media is hiring a Digital Sales Director to grow partnerships with small to mid-sized ad agencies. This hunter-style role focuses on generating new leads, managing a full sales cycle, and driving revenue from untapped markets. You'll use tools like Salesforce and Seamless.AI to manage prospects and performance, while developing tailored digital ad strategies to expand Vici's agency footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Pursue new business with SMB ad agencies using a mix of provided and self-sourced leads via tools like Seamless.AI and Salesforce.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process—from outreach to close—building and maintaining a strong pipeline.
  • Client Relationships: Build trust with agency partners by understanding their needs and offering tailored digital advertising solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a strategic advisor, delivering customized, goal-driven campaigns.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets while expanding Vici’s market presence.
  • CRM & Tools: Use Salesforce to track activity, forecast revenue, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Training & Support: Educate agency partners on Vici’s services via webinars, presentations, and campaign support.
  • Reporting: Analyze and report on pipeline activity and performance to leadership.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years in a hunter-style sales role, focused on prospecting and closing in digital marketing or advertising
  • Experience selling to small and mid-sized ad agencies, with a strong grasp of their needs
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Seamless.AI, and related tools
  • Skilled in consultative selling and tailoring digital ad solutions
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred

What You’ll Learn:

  • Build digital marketing campaigns from scratch
  • Create performance reports and proposals
  • Work with advanced targeting tools and campaign tracking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and curate keyword lists
  • Set up custom conversions
  • Update ad creative on display and social platforms
  • Append customer lists for IP targeting
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently

Qualifications:

  • Graduating in 2025 or 2026 with a degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
